We had a great experience with Austin. Very communicative on timing beforehand, and then again while he was completing the service. We thought our dryer vented ground level — Austin informed us it was actually a roof vent and took pictures of what he was able to get out. He also explained how we had a potential fire hazard and was able to fix it while here. Excited for our clothes to dry without multiple cycles!

Casey cleaned my heat & air ducts and did a great job, cleaned up afterward. The company who had moved my dryer vent years ago had done incompetent work — insufficient hoses, not fastened in the crawlspace, and not connected correctly to the outside vent. Casey took pictures and gave me an estimate to repair so he could clean. Did a great job — 100% recommend.
